Thank God these people don't run an ambulance service. They should have an option of zero starts. They can't figure out how to schedule an appointment or how to make it on time or remotely close to on time. They do call ever hour or so to let know they are not going to make what they told you in the last phone call. And that they are on the way and moments away (moments equal about 15 minutes).

Service was okay, took 5 minutes to tweak an ac unit so the fan wouldn't hit something and make noise. But he did not really take much care with putting stuff on my newly refinished floors (3 days old, nothing put back). Didn't damage them but didn't seem to care about them either.
